''NO IDHU NAMMA AALU FOR ME", SHRUTI HAASAN

Idhu Namma Aalu, directed by Pandiraj has Simbu and Nayanthara in the leads with Soori, Andrea and others in important roles. Music for the film is composed by Simbu’s brother Kuralarasan. The film is planning for a release soon.

Meanwhile, it was widely speculated that Shruti Haasan would be appearing just for a number in the film. She had earlier sung a track.

Refuting this, Shruti’s side states, “Shruti was approached and has sung a song last year for the film Idhu Namma Aalu like she does for a number of films. She will, however NOT be featuring in the song, contrary to the baseless rumors doing the rounds. She has not even been approached to do a special song, nor would she consider doing it."

Shruti is currently busy with Suriya’s S3 and also the Telugu remake of Premam directed by Chandoo Mondeti.
