Indian 2 is an upcoming film that has Kamal Haasan in the lead role along with Nayanthara. Directed by Shankar, this film is produced by Lyca Productions. The film was announced by Kamal Haasan in the first season of Bigg Boss. 

The latest update on this film is that director Shankar has gone to Proddatur for location scouting. He is staying in Royal County resort. This was posted by the official Twitter handle of the resort. They tweeted: 

"Happy to host the legendary @shankarshanmugh garu in our Royal County Resort, Proddatur. He is here to scout locations for #Indian2. Our MD Madhusudhan Reddy garu can be seen in the pics along with Shankar garu."

Indian 2 is an important film for Kamal Haasan because this could be his last film in a spectacular career that spanned over 60 years!
