"I AM NOT DOING MAGADHEERA ANYMORE"

Sajid Nadiadwala, one of the renowned producers of Bollywood, had bought the Hindi remake rights of Magadheera two years ago. But the film has not seen the light of the day, as the talks are still going on, regarding who is going to direct the film. 

It was also reported that Shahid Kapoor will be playing Ram Charan’s role in the Hindi remake. However, Shahid has apparently denied it saying that he is not doing Magadheera anymore and that after his next film Rangoon, he does not have any films.

Seems like the star is taking a break for personal reasons. Likewise, it is also speculated that, Bajirao Mastani fame Sanjay Leela Bhansali will helm this ambitious project. But nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
