Shah Rukh Khan, in a recent award show in Mumbai, opened up about his successful bonding with directors, especially with women directors Farah Khan and Gauri Shinde. He said these women directors gave him new dimensions which worked well among the audiences.
Farah Khan was the first woman director to direct Shah Rukh Khan in 'Main Hoon Naa' in 2004. Following its success, he went on to do another film 'Om Shanti Om' with her in the year 2007. Again in the year 2014, the duo came together for the film 'Happy New Year'. In 2016, Shah Rukh Khan worked with Gauri Shinde for the film 'Dear Zindagi.'
In the interaction, the actor said that the women filmmakers make his job lot easier. He further added that the women directors have a different perspective to shoot a particular scene, and that gives a different dimension to an actor like him. Shah Rukh khan also told he is happy working with these two extremely opposite skilled women directors, Farah Khan and Gauri Shinde who give unknown dimensions to him.
