Actor turned politician Sarathkumar went to Tuticorin this morning, and participated in the Sterlite protest, along with the common people. Not just he participated, he also drank the polluted dirty water, that has become contaminated due to the Sterlite Copper. 

Sarathkumar shared this news on his Facebook page, by posting, "48 வது நாளாக தூத்துக்குடி, குமரெட்டியாபுரம் பகுதி மக்களால் நடைபெற்று கொண்டிருக்கும் ஸ்டெர்லைட் ஆலை எதிர்ப்பிற்கான போராட்டத்தில் இன்று கலந்து கொண்டு எனது ஆதரவை தெரிவித்தேன். மேலும் போராட்டக்களத்தில் அப்பகுதி மக்கள் பயன்படுத்தும் மாசு கலந்த நீரை அருந்தி எனது ஆதங்கத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தினேன்."
