We have earlier reported about Karthi's next project to be directed by debutant Rajath Ravishankar. The film stars Rakul Preet as the female lead, who was recently paired with Karthi in Theeran. 

The latest big update about this film is that it is likely to be titled as Dev. The film is produced by Prince Pictures, with Ramya Krishnan playing an important character and Navarasa Nayagan Karthik in a cameo appearance. 

Dev is currently progressing at a brisk pace with the team canning scenes with Karthi. However, an official announcement about the title is yet to be done and is expected shortly.
