SAI PALLAVI'S SONG BECOMES THE MOST VIEWED VIDEO - DHANUSH'S SONG PUSHED TO NO.2

The popularity of Dhanush's 'Why This Kolaveri Di' needs no introduction as we all know the pathbreaking response the song had, during the time of its release. In a few years after its release, it turned out to be the most viewed song in South Indian cinema.
 

This record credit belonged to 'Why This Kolaveri Di' song until two days back. But now, it is time for a new change, as the viral hit number, 'Vachinde' from Fidaa, has overtaken Kolaveri in terms of the YouTube views, thereby becoming the most viewed song in South Indian Cinema (comprising all four languages).

Why This Kolaveri Di Song clocked 172.7 million views, while Vachinde has crossed over 174 million views on YouTube. The major highlight of Vachinde is ofcourse the colourful picturisation and the attractive dance moves and screen presence of Sai Pallavi.

Fidaa was a romantic Telugu film starring Varun Tej and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles, directed by Shekhar Kammula. Composed by Shakthikanth Karthick, Vachinde was written by Suddala Ashok Teja with vocals by Madhu Priya and Ramku.
