There isn't a single soul left who is not missing legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam during this time of distress. The 74-year-old passed away due to a cardiac arrest. He was admitted to the hospital on August 5 after developing COVID-19. Though he recovered from COVID, other complications ended up in his sad demise.
The sports fraternity continues to mourn him and the latest is Sachin Tendulkar who took to Twitter to post, Always loved listening to S. P. Balasubrahmanyam ji’s music. Deeply saddened by his demise. His song ‘Sach Mere Yaar Hai’ from Saagar is one my favorites which I have always had on my playlist. May his soul rest in peace. My prayer and thoughts with his family & friends. (sic)
