"LIKE VIKRAM SIR IN PITHAMAGAN, BUT …"

Ever since RK Suresh got accolades for his performance in Bala’s Thaarai Thapattai, he has been flooded with many acting offers and the producer turned actor has become a very busy man. He would soon be doing a film called Vargam with Varalaxmi Sarathkumar about which he elaborates:

“Vargam is directed by SS Rajamouli’s Associate Director Indrajith. Drumstick Productions who are bankrolling En Aaloda Seruppa Kaanom are funding Vargam too. A lot of award winning personalities are part of the cast and crew.

It is a totally different story which is very good and extraordinary. The director has done the same script for a stage play and has got awards and appreciation from K Balachander. That’s why I agreed to do this project.

We are going to complete the shooting in three days, we are actually trying to wrap in a single day. Rehearsals are going on now. It is a going to be a challenging role for me and Varalaxmi. I am the protagonist in the film and my role will be like Pithamagan Vikram, only difference is he was mute in the film whereas I will not be. Shooting is going to start on the 26th May.

As regards my other projects, Bala sir would be releasing the FL of my film Vettai Naai on 19th May, for my birthday”.
