Film industry has lost yet another talent powerhouse, as July 2 marked the death of another legend - Mimicry Rajagopal, who has worked in over 600 movies. Reportedly, the star passed away at his residence in Kengeri at Bengaluru.
Mimicry Rajagopal was suffering from a lot of ailments for a very long time. The veteran actor also had asthma and kidney-related issues. Rajagopal became quite famous after his impressive mimicry performances miming politicians.
In the recent past, it is the second time that the Kannada film industry has lost an actor during lockdown. Before this, young hero Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away due to heart attack, and now beloved veteran star Rajagopal. Many celebrities took to social media and offered condolences to the actor's family.
