RIP: POPULAR DANCE MASTER COOL JAYANTH, WHO WORKED IN VIJAY, AJITH FILMS, IS NO MORE - HEARTBREAKING VIDEO!

He rose to fame with his choreography for the famous songs 'Mustafa' and 'Kallori Salai' in AR Rahman's music for 'Kadhal Desam', which was released in 1996. The songs became very famous and was a go-to song for the youth of the time. Earlier, he was also with the dance crew run by Prabhu Deva and his brother Raju Sundaram.

Producer KT Kunujom, who introduced Cool Jayanth in 'Kadhal Desam' posted, "Omg.. Prayers.. Very sad to hear the demise of choreographer Cool Jayanth. Cool Jayanth has worked as a choreographer in over 500 films so far and he has also worked in film starring Ajith and Vijay. He was also very famous in the Malayalam industry where he worked with top stars like Mammootty and Mohanlal. Some of his notable work in Tamil including choreographing for the songs 'Oh Mariya' from 'Kadhal Desam', 'April Maathathil' from Ajith's 'Vaalee', 'Mottu Ondru' from Vijay's 'Kushi' and 'Welcome Girls' from Vijay's 'Priyamanavale'.

Cool Jayanth is survived by his wife and two kids - one daughter and a son. The family was inconsolable following his death. Shobi Paulraj and Sandy Master who had worked with him paid their respects to him at his residence and gave their support to his family.
