Sajid-Wajid duo were a popular composer combo of Bollywood. They began with Salman Khan’s Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya in 1998. From then on, they have collaborated in many movies, including Prabhudeva’s Dabangg.
Wajid Khan had also worked with Salman Khan for his latest songs in COVID self-isolation - Pyar Corona, and Bhai Bhai. Apparently, Wajid Khan passed away on Sunday due to renal complications.
But, news had been doing rounds that the artist’s death was due to Coronavirus, which is not the real reason. In an interaction with a popular news portal, Salim Merchant has informed that kidney infections got him critical, and though his kidney transplant happened more than an year back, Wajid was not keeping well.
