It is a known fact that Superstar Rajinikanth is a big time sports enthusiast, and watches matches whenever possible. He has been spotted at a lot of Indian Super League soccer matches, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai.
Now it is the turn of MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chepauk, Chennai, to be blessed by the Superstar. The legendary actor visited the stadium today (March 23), while the first game of the Indian Premiere League (IPL) was taking place between Chennai Super Kings, and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
The atmosphere turned frenzy following the entry of Thalaivar, and it was a sight to behold! CSK performing extremely well during the visit made it even more special.
On the work front, Rajinikanth is fresh from the success of Petta, that was directed by Karthik Subbaraj, starring Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Trisha, Simran and others as a part of it's starcast. The film was produced by Sun Pictures. He will be next seen in a film directed by AR Murugadoss.
