According to Behindwoods Box Office Wing, Yuvan Shankar Raja’s debut production Pyaar Prema Kadhal has grossed around 1.95 crores by the end of its 2nd weekend at the Chennai City box office. This is an estimated total and not the official figure.

The film opened well mainly because of Yuvan's songs but then it did an even better job at the box office after getting a thumbs up from the audience and now achieving a HIT verdict in Behindwoods Chennai city box office report.

Pyaar Prema Kadhal had over 177 shows in Chennai city during its 2nd weekend and with a good occupancy rate. The film continues to pull in a decent number of footfalls even in its 3rd week.
