Nenjam Marappathillai features SJ Suryah in the lead role while Nandita Swetha and Regina Cassandra are seen as the female leads in this intense horror thriller. The film features music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Bankrolled by Gitanjali Selvaraghavan, Siddarth Rao, Anirudh Krishna under the banner Escape Artists Motion Picture and Glo Studios, the film is co-produced by James. While the film’s cinematography is handled by Arvind Krishna, the cuts of the film is taken care by Prasanna GK.
