The Tamil Nadu police arrested ‘PUBG’ Madan for the following offences - playing a banned game, abusing people on the pretext of coaching and swindling money from unsuspecting people. Madan was booked under sections 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 294B (sings, recites or utters any obscene song, ballad or words) of the Indian Penal Code.
