An urgent meeting was held at the Film Chamber Office this evening, regarding the TFPC Strike. This meeting saw Actors Vishal and Karthi representing the Producers' Council and Nadigar Sangam respectively. P.C Sreeram came on behalf of the Cinematographers' Association, Vikraman represented the Directors' Union and R.K. Selvamani represented FEFSI.
Speaking to the press after this meeting, Vishal stated that strike will not end till all the demands are met. The film fraternity is planning to organise a rally from the Film Chamber Office in Gemini, to Fort St. George, to meet the Chief Minister and put forth the demands. He urged the CM and the Minister of I&B to intervene and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
