VISHAL TO MEET CHIEF MINISTER FOR THIS IMPORTANT ISSUE

The double taxation for films has come into a debate and all the theatres throughout Tamil Nadu have shutdown opposing the State Government's implementation of municipality tax.

There have been many speculations and confusions prevailing over this and now, Vishal, President of Nadigar Sangam and Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council  (TFPC) will be meeting our Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Edappadi K. Palaniswami to discuss on this issue. This meeting is said to happen today afternoon at the Secretariat building.
 

Meanwhile, it is reported that Jayakumar, Tamil Nadu Finance Minister is most likely to have a meeting with the Chief Minister to discuss and rework on the local municipality tax. After the meeting, a final decision is expected to be arrived.
