The Producer Council elections, which is reportedly being conducted in a composed manner has been receiving a lot of voters. The election which started this morning has been going on for over 4 hours now and over 700 votes have said to be recorded.

G Dhananjayan, a producer, columnist, writer and the Founder of BOFTA film institute has tweeted on the proceedings of the election. He said, ''770 voted so far in Producer Council election till 1 pm. Pretty good turn out of Producers. Looks like will cross 1,000 by 4 pm. Exciting''
