RED HOT: PRABHU DEVA TO DIRECT POKKIRI 2 IN HINDI!

Mahesh Babu starrer Pokkiri which released in 2006 was a rousing success. The film was later made in Tamil with the same name. The Tamil version was directed by Prabhu Deva who then remade the film again in Hindi with Salman Khan as Wanted.

Now according to the latest rumors from Bollywood circle, Prabhu Deva is likely to direct a sequel to Wanted featuring Salman Khan as the lead. Reports suggest that Salman Khan is very keen in teaming up with Prabhu Deva again after a gap of 8 years.

It must be noted that Wanted was a game changer for Salman Khan and it was also Prabhu Deva’s first Hindi directorial. If the project materializes and if it turns out to be successful, we can expect, the story to be remade in Tamil and Telugu as well.
