In an unexpected turn of events, reports are doing heavy rounds that popular Bigg Boss Hindi Season 9 actress Yuvika Chaudhary was arrested by the Haryana Police on Monday and later was released on bail.
The actress was booked under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act) and was later granted interim bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The arrest was made on the basis of a video that Yuvika had shared five months ago. Soon after which, she faced instant flak for the usage of the casteist slur in the video and she had issued an apology on social media - “Hi guys I didn’t kw the meaning about that word wt I used in my last vlog I didn’t mean to hurt anyone and I can never do that to hurt someone I apologise to each n everyone I hope you understand love you all.”
