In an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, Pooja Kumar opened up about her acting career, meeting Kamal Haasan for the first time and about her latest release. She was also a sport and answered the rapid fire questions with ease.

When speaking about talking with Ulaganayagan for the first time, Pooja Kumar said “It was a nice moment, when I met him. He first said ‘Hello, I am Kamal Haasan’. I said, Hello sir, I already know, you needn’t introduce yourself. Nice meeting you.” She also tried to imitate Kamal when saying ‘Hello’.

When asked about when an actor should agree to a Lip-lock kissing scene, Pooja Kumar said “I think it depends on the situation, the movie and the scene. If someone’s asking to do it just for the sake of doing it, it doesn’t make any sense. But if you’re doing a romantic scene and it is required and there is some sort of emotional connection with the person, then I feel it is okay. But again, you’ve got to do only what you’re comfortable doing.”

Pooja Kumar opened up on how she onboarded the team of Forbidden Love and her experience on working in the anthology. She also revealed her favourite Tamil actor, her favourite South Indian food and a lot more. Check out the fun-filled interview below.
