Actor Nivin Pauly's mass Tamil venture directed by Gautham Ramachandran Richie is all set to release in December. The film has him playing a character with negative shades and the teaser along with the songs seem to attract audiences with its eerie and dark theme. In an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, Nivin Pauly said:
“It was really exciting to have done the Tamil movie Richie and the character is something I have never done before. It has shades of grey and I hope people love the film. Gautham Ramachandran, the director has implemented a lot of ideas from the original Ulidavaru Kandante, but there will be a lot of changes right from the start to cater to the Tamil audiences.”
Talking about promoting young talents through his social media handle, Nivin said, “People like Dhanush, Sivakarthikeyan and Trisha do it. It is essential and necessary to promote young talents and encourage them to come up with their best.”
Nivin Pauly’s Tamil venture Richie, directed by Gautham Ramachandran set to release on December 8, is the remake of Ulidavaru Kandante and has Natarajan Subramaniam in another lead role. The latest is that Richie’s trailer has been cut and is ready for release soon. The trailer has been announced to be 1 minute and 26 seconds long.
Music director Ajaneesh Loknath has also stated that he has completed the music score for the trailer. Ajaneesh posted, “Finished scoring music for #Richie trailer..... soon will be released... hope you all like it #shivabless #abbsstudios". Ajaneesh had scored music for the critically acclaimed film Kurangu Bommai and seems to be excited about Nivin Pauly’s Richie.
