Superstar Rajinikanth's third outing with Shankar, 2.0 has emerged with a tremendous opening day Chennai city figure, after its release day before yesterday, November 29th. This big-budget science-fiction has opened to highly positive reviews from all areas, which has helped the film's opening.
Before the release of the film, the 4th character that Rajini plays in the film was kept under the wraps for a long time. The villain of the film, Akshay Kumar had revealed the character 3.0, where Rajini plays a microbot.
Now, speaking to Behindwoods, the cinematographer of the film opened up about how the 3.0 character was shot. He said:
"Seeing Rajini sir like that was a very big thing for us. Nobody has seen him in that form. We created the models like that. Each one was only 6 inches tall. To make Rajini look like that, we had to shoot at a distance of 15 times the distance between Rajinikanth and the models. "
