Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal is an upcoming romantic film starring Dulquer Salmaan and Ritu Varma in the lead roles. Behindwoods short film winner Desingh Periyasamy is making his directorial debut with KKKA.
Earlier we had reported that VJ Rakshan will be playing a pivotal role and now Dulquer Salmaan has revealed that costume designer Niranjani Ahathian will turn an actress for this film. It must be noted that Niranjani is the daughter of director Agathiyan and sister to actress Vijayalakshmi.

In today’s edition of directors talking about Ajith and wishing him for his birthday, we bring you director Agathiyan’s take.
It has to be recalled that in Ajith’s career, Kaadhal Kottai directed by Agathiyan is an important milestone which was celebrated for its clean, neat story and treatment. The film had a glorious box office run and was a blockbuster. It also won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil, Best Direction and Best Screenplay for Agathiyan.
On Ajith, Agathiyan says, “Ajith and I had a parallel track as regards the beginning of success in our film career. His perseverance is the reason for his success. I wish him more triumphs and accomplishments. For his birthday, I also wish that he transcends many generations to remain a loved actor”.
Agathiyan had also directed Ajith in Vaanmadhi.
