Reports this morning stated that Neil Nitin Mukesh will be playing the antagonist in Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's Shakthi. He has officially denied it through a tweet. His tweet read, "Not true. Earlier we had reported that Varalakshmi Sarathkumar will be playing a brief but an important role in Vijay's upcoming 62nd film with AR Murugadoss. We also informed that she might play one of the baddies in the film along with Radha Ravi and Pala Karuppiah.
Now the latest news we have is that Varalakshmi has started shooting for Thalapathy 62 and she took part in yesterday's night shoot that happened at ECR, Chennai. It must be noted that yesterday was Varalakshmi's birthday.
