ATLEE'S LATEST TWEET ON THALAPATHY 63

Yesterday, AGS Entertainment made a breaking announcement that Nayanthara will be playing the female lead in Thalapathy 63 directed by Atlee.

This is Nayanthara's second film with Vijay after Villu which released 10 years back. Similarly, this is her 2nd collaboration with director Atlee as well. They previously worked for Raja Rani which turned out to be a huge hit.

Nayanthara had a special character in Raja Rani called Regina. It was a comeback of sorts for her after she decided to take a sabbatical from acting for a short while for personal reasons. When you have someone like Nayanthara on board, we presume, her role would be very strong.

Atlee took to his Twitter space to welcome Nayanthara on board - "Extremely happy to have Darling #Nayanthara on board for #thalapathy63 ,after Regina which has always been close to my heart. Working the magic once again!"
