NADIGAR SANGAM BURNS THE BALLOT SHEETS

The much hyped Nadigar Sangam Elections took place on October 18, 2015, a major war of sorts between Pandavar Ani headed by Nasser and Sarath Kumar Ani. Pandavar Ani, which consisted of Actors Vishal, Karthi, Ponvannan and Karunas made a clear sweep and triumphed in the end.  

 

According to the Government Rules, the secret ballot sheets which were used during the elections are to be destroyed for privacy reasons. At the Nadigar Sangam grounds today (6th February’ 2016) the contents of the Ballot box was burnt down in the presence of Retired High Court Justice Sri. Padmanaban (who conducted the Nadigar Sangam Elections’ 2015)  and Assistant Officer J J Mohan, alongside the Executive Committee members and Office bearers.
