The crew had recently released the First Look poster for the Kushi movie. It has also been announced that Kushi will be released on December 23 this year. Kushi is directed by Shiva Nirvana. The first look of the film is expected to be a love story.

Along with Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha, many others including Jayaram, Sachin Kedakar, Murali Sharma and Rohini are starring in Kushi. Murali, who has done cinematography for films including Madras, Kabali and Kaala, is also doing cinematography for Kushi. The film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Hesham Abdul Wahab, the composer who drew attention with the film 'Hridayam', is also composing music for the film Kushi.

Meanwhile, the preliminary shooting of Kushi, which was set in Kashmir, has now been completed. With the second phase of filming set to begin soon, the crew has also released BTS photos.
