The recent acclaimed film Meyaadha Maan, starring Vaibhav and Priya Bhavanishankar, was widely appreciated for its originality, humour content, and the genuine writing by debutant Rathna Kumar.
 

Now, our close sources have informed us that Rathna Kumar's second directorial would be featuring none other than Dhanush in the lead role. Dhanush's Wunderbar Films and Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Creations is expected to jointly produce this venture. It should be noted that Dhanush recently appreciated Rathna Kumar, after seeing Meyaadha Maan.

However, Dhanush has films (which haven't started shoot) like Maari 2, untitled Karthik Subbaraj film, untitled Durai Senthilkumar films in the pipeline, and we have to wait to know when this film would start to roll. An official announcement regarding this is awaited from the team.
