AFTER THALA AJITH'S NERKONDA PAARVAI, IT'S MANI RATNAM'S PONNIYIN SELVAN FOR THIS ACTOR!

Ponniyin Selvan is bankrolled by Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies and the film includes the star cast of Aishwarya Rai, Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Sarathkumar, Ashwin Kakumanu, Lal and other prominent actors in crucial roles. The film’s script is handled by Mani Ratnam and ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’ fame actor Kumaravel. The first schedule of the movie started to shoot on the 12th of December in Bangkok, Thailand.

Recently, actor Riyaz Khan updated that he is part of this upcoming mammoth of a project in his official facebook page and now, it has been known that actor Arjun Chidambaram, who recently played one of the baddies in Thala Ajith's court-room drama Nerkonda Paarvai is also part of the film. 

The actor shared that he has been auditioning to Mani Ratnam from Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and that he also auditioned for 'Vaanam Kottatum'. Arjun also said that he got the opportunity to audition through the help of Krithika Nelson, who is an assistant director in this project.
