ACTRESS ABDUCTION CASE: VICTIM ASKS SC NOT TO GIVE ASSAULT VIDEOS TO DILEEP!

The recent update on this case is that the actress has reportedly come forward and requested the Supreme Court not to give any assault visual proofs to any of the accused individuals that also includes Actor Dileep.

The survivor also is said to have sought permission to intervene in the case over the hearing of the assault visuals. According to reports, in her application, she has stated that if the court grants permission, she would explain why the memory card should not be given to any of the accused individuals.

The Kerala government has also reportedly informed the Supreme Court, that the evidence should not be handed over to the accused. According to the actress’ lawyer, “It will have serious consequences. The visuals will be circulated. It will set a wrong precedent to POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences).”
