After the lockdown set in place, Gautham Menon's ideas for sequels to VTV & Vettaiyadu Vilaiyaadu did not materialize into a complete feature film. But GVM made his words come true as he did release a short film, drawing threads from Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya.
This short film was titled Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn, and it is in the sort of a phone conversation between the VTV leads - Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn. After its success, amidst this lockdown he had released another project - with stars Shanthnu, Megha Akash, and Kalaiyarasan.
The project was a song with a title - Oru Chance Kudu. A wonderful number with spectacular music, and amazing dance moves. The making video of this song has been released by Dance Master Sathish Krishnan on his Instagram handle.
Sharing the video, he says, "This was shot in full adherance to the Quarantine regulations and the environment was undoubtedly kept sanitised at all time and the entire team was conscientious of the safety measures. Must say, it was a very memorable experience and was eventful #oruchancekudu @gauthamvasudevmenon @manojinfilm @kalaiyarasananbu @shanthnu @meghaakash @arunfilm8 and thanks lot @princehumai. (sic)"
