Keerthy Suresh, Samantha and Dulquer Salmaan starrer Mahanati has performed exceedingly well in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This biopic on legendary actress Savitri is being lauded by several film personalities.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu felicitated the Mahanati team today in Vijayawada and appreciated Keerthy Suresh, director Naag Ashwin for making a good film. He also requested his party members to watch the movie.

It is also said that Vyjayanthi Movies, the makers of Mahanati have donated a sum of ₹50 lakh for the development of Amaravathi.
