8th Annual Award

The 8th annual Behindwoods Gold Medals Awards will be held for two days this year at the Island Grounds in Chennai. On the first day of the show yesterday, actors Manikandan, Yogi Babu, Sathish, actress Sunny Leone, Lijomol Jose, Andrea, Darsha Gupta, directors Venkat Prabhu, Gnanavel, Lokesh Kanagaraj, singers Anthony Dasan, Jonita Gandhi, cricketer VVS Laxman and many others were present. 

Awards were presented to the artists who presented the glorious works.

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj was present at the event. Lokesh, who shared many things at the event, when asked about the film ‘Thalapathy 67’ said, “The official update will come in a few more days”. Fans applauded.

Later Lokesh Kanagaraj was presented with a photo as a surprise as a souvenir. The photo of Kamal and Sivaji in the movie Thevar Magan was changed to Kamal and Lokesh. Lokesh was surprised to see this and said, "Thank you very much. This is not what I expected. I will hang this photo in my office. We took a photo like this at Vikram shooting spot. That's the first thing I remember when the film was released. But you would have given a photo like that. ”
