The ongoing season of the Tamil reality show Bigg Boss 3 consists of many competent contestants and one of those includes actor Kavin, who had recently played the lead role in 'Natpuna Ennanu Theriyuma', directed by Shiva Aravind and produced by Ravindar Chandrasekaran of Libra Productions
Recently, the Trichy court declared Kavin's mother Rajalakshmi guilty of money laundering and was sentenced to prison for seven years. The actor's mother was co-accused along with relatives Rani, Arunagiri and Soundarajan, who are said to have been conducting an illegal chit fund company from 1998-2006.
In a recent interview to Behindwoods, Ravindhar spoke about the ongoing legal case involving Kavin's relatives. The producer said "When I asked about this to Kavin's friend in Trichy, I came to know about this situation. But most of the twisted media reports about this issue are lies. The judgement and imprisonment is true. Currently, they are on remand and probably they will recieve bail within 2-3 days."
Ravindhar said that he is completely willing to provide necessary legal help to the family. He had also requested the public to not pass uninformed statements regarding the issue. When asked whether Kavin knows about the issue "When Kavin gets to know about these, the reason for his exit will be apparent to the audience and he will be brutally criticized for that. After hearing this, If Kavin continues to play the game, I won't accept that. He will pack his bags and leave the show."
Ravindhar claimed that Kavin's family doesn't want him to know about the issue so that his participation is not disrupted. He said that Kavin's biggest disadvantage in the show is that he is teaming up with Sandy too often. Watch the full interview below.
