KUTRAME THANDANAI TO HAVE INTERNATIONAL PREMIERE IN NEW YORK THIS MAY

Even while the shoot of his next feature film, Aandavan Kattalai, starring Vijay Sethupathi and Ritika Singh is carrying on at a brisk pace, director M. Manikandan has added reasons to celebrate his much anticipated second feature film Kutrame Thandanai. It was just announced that the film will have its international premiere at the 16th annual New York Indian Film Festival in May. The tense crime thriller starring Vidharth, Nasser and Aishwarya Rajesh in lead roles has been acquired by KR Films and is preparing for its Indian theatrical release soon.

Speaking on the international premiere news is the film’s representative Dilani Rabindran: “We are very happy that the international premiere of ‘Kutrame Thandanai’ will be taking place in New York! The programming committee asked for the film immediately after watching it. It's too bad the festival conflicts with the Aandavan Kattalai shooting schedule, as I know Mani would have loved to be present in NYC and see how the crowd accepts the film there, just as he did in Mumbai & Kerala a few months ago."
