"I PUSHED NAYANTHARA REALLY HARD" - KOLAMAAVU KOKILA TONY REVEALS!

Kolamaavu Kokila is a dark comedy film directed by Nelson, that had Nayanthara in the lead role. Yogi Babu, Saranya, Jacqueline and a few others played crucial supporting roles. Sivakumar Vijayan took care of the cinematography while Anirudh is the music director. The film, produced by Lyca Productions hit the screens on 17 August.

Talking to Behindwoods about the movie, he said: "Nelson and I are good friends. I was supposed to play a huge role in Vettai Mannan, but the project got shelved. In this film, I did what Nelson asked me to. In fact, he acted out every scene and all we did was take xerox copies of it. So, credits to him."

He also talked about Nayanthara's reaction towards his acting. "Our first shot together was a scene where I had to push her. I pushed her with quite some force and she was shocked. When she turned around, she saw me and started laughing. Even now, when she sees me, she laughs. It is very easy to make her laugh. Anirudh Sir also praised my acting, during the shoot of Kabiskabaa promo song." added Redin Kingsly, who played the character Tony.
