BEARDED MEN CHOOSE EID

Reports suggest that 'Iru Mugan', the much-awaited Anand Shankar directorial starring Chiyaan Vikram is set to hit the screens for Ramzan which is on the 8th of July. What's interesting is the equally anticipated Dhanush starrer, 'Kodi' is also being speculated for a Ramzan release.

Iru Mugan with Vikram sporting a 'hipster' beard alongside Nayanthara for the first time in a seemingly sci-fi flick is expected to pack a punch. Harris Jayaraj has scored the music and Anand Shankar after his first release Arima Nambi is expected to deliver.

On the other hand 'Kodi' most certainly has a lot of 'Dhum' in it with Dhanush assumably playing the role of a politico for the first time alongside Trisha. It is directed by Durai Senthilkumar who has given movies such as Ethir Neechal, Kaaki Sattai in  the past. Santhosh Narayanan is the music director for Kodi.

Guess it’s more than just biriyani for treat this Ramzan.
