The violent clash between the rival troops, took the lives of some Chinese soldiers as well. This happened at the Ladakh region. One of the martyrs during this face-off included a soldier from Tamil Nadu named Palani.
The martyred 40-year-old was from Kadukkalur village in Ramanathapuram district to join the armed forces at the age of 18. The news of his death at the Indo-Chinese border in Ladakh has brought a great shock to the family.
KJR Studios have taken a step forward to help the family. They have handed over a cheque for Rs.5 lacs to Brave Soldier Lt. Mr Palani's family. And not only that, they have also promised to bear the school & college education expenses of the real life hero's kids.
