One of the leading actresses of South India, Keerthy Suresh had won millions of hearts not only with her acting skills but also with the charisma and her charm. It was not long ago that she was announced as the winner of the National Film Award for Best Actress.
She won the award for portraying the role of legendary late actress Savitri in 2018 hit, Mahanati, which was also released as Nadigaiyar Thilagam in Tamil. Post which, she had signed up a number of biggies.
Taking to her social media recently, she thanked her fans as 6 years ago she was born as an actor. She further wrote “I’m super grateful to be having the opportunities that come my way over and over again. Eternally thankful to my fraternity, family and well-wishers. Take a seat and grab your popcorns. You and I have a long way to go.”
The actress’ next release in Tamil is 'Penguin' produced by Karthik Subbaraj which is a female-centric action thriller. She will be then seen in Telugu in films - Miss India, Rang De and in an upcoming Malayalam historical war film, Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham. She has also marked her Bollywood debut with Maidaan featuring Ajay Devgn and produced by Boney Kapoor.
