DIWALI 2016 - FRONT RUNNERS?

Though Diwali is about 4 months away, it is about time that the makers start planning their release with Diwali as an option. Karthi’s Kashmora has already booked the first spot. This year Diwali falls on the 29th of October (Sunday) which means we can expect all the Diwali releases to hit the screens on the 27th of October, Friday to cash in the holiday weekend buzz.

Last Diwali we had only 2 biggies Vedalam and Thongavanam but this year we can expect around 3 to 4 releases. The predicted Diwali releases are:

Kashmora
Vishwaroopam 2
Kodi
Thirunaal

As reported earlier, the problem faced by Vishwaroopam 2 is likely to be sorted out and the film is likely to hit the screens this Diwali. Likewise Dhanush's Kodi team is also in the hunt for a release window in October. Let's see the list of films that makes it to the final list.
