Karthi’s Kashmora with director Gokul is giving signals of a very unique plot and experimentation in its treatment. We had already reported that Karthi will be spotted playing triple action in this film starring Nayanthara, Vivek and Sri Divya in other important roles.

This supernatural horror thriller will be using 3D face scanning technique for one of the three characters that Karthi will sport. This technology enables the filmmaker to alter any feature of the artist’s body as per the requirement. Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyaan and Suriya’s Maattrraan are said to have adopted this technique before in Kollywood.

We hear that the testing for this scanning has been done in Chennai and the team awaits the results. If the results are not satisfactory, the team will get the work done in abroad. This particular episode with Karthi’s 3D scanned appearance will be a 15 minutes long one, says sources.
 

It should be noted that Shah Rukh Khan recently went through this scanning for his upcoming Hindi feature Fan.
