AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON KARTHI'S NEXT FILM

Karthi's next film Dev, produced by Pictures and directed by debutant Rajath Ravishankar, has entered its important phase in production. The makers have officially announced the start of the film's dubbing from today (October 10) with a formal pooja.

Following which the entire cast and crew will be heading to Kulu Manali and Himalayas for the final schedule of the shoot for 10-12 days. the film has an ensemble star-cast includes Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, VJ Vignesh and Navarasa Nayagan Karthik in an extended cameo role.

Dev has been totally shot for 80 days and the team was supposed to shoot the film’s climax before three weeks, where actually the natural calamity had stalled the process and now it’s being resumed there after completing the schedule in Pune. The entire team has already left for Kulu Manali now where intense action sequences would be filmed.

The film has been extensively shot across the backdrops of Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kulu Manali, Himalayas, Mumbai, Panchakali Hills, Gulmarg, Ukraine where it was shot across huge mountains like Karpaty hills.

Harris Jayaraj has composed music for this film with Velraj handling cinematography and Ruben on Editing.
