Kailash Satyarthi, Nobel Peace Laureate and founder of Kailash Satyarthi Children's Foundation requested UP Chief Minister to intervene into the situation and correct the corrupt medical system to prevent incidents like these.

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has also lent his support to Satyarthi on this note, with his tweet, "Children of UP die. @k_satyarthi's request to UP CM is the best course. See that it never happens again. India mourns its loss."
