Chennai: Kamal Haasan joins Udhayanidhi Stalin for the release of Vikram, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
"Vikram" starring Kamal Haasan is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, director of Maanagaram, Kaithi and Master. Apart from Ulaganayagan, the film also stars actors Vijay Sethupathi and Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil. Kalidas Jayaram will be seen as Kamal Haasan's son.
Vijay Sethupathi is paired opposite Shivani Narayanan and Myna Nandini. Produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International, the first look poster was recently released and has attracted fans from all walks of life.
Girish Gangadharan, who won the National Award for Malayalam film 'Jallikkattu', will be handling the cinematography for Vikram. Anirudh will be seen composing the music. Sony Music has acquired the audio rights to Vikram's film.
Filming of 'Vikram' officially started in Chennai a few months ago. This was followed by the first phase of shooting in Karaikudi. The second phase of the film was shot in Pondicherry, Coimbatore. The final shoot, which began last December, ended on (02.03.2022).
Vikram will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi as a pan-Indian film -BIGGEST ACTION ENTERTAINER on June 3.
Now, Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies has taken over the entire Tamil Nadu distribution rights of the film produced by Kamal Haasan. The makers have officially announced this with a new poster.
