Kamal Haasan had earlier announced that he will launch his political party on February 21, at Madurai. With just a day left for that announcement, Kamal has officially revealed details about his party launch, date, time and venue.
"நாளை துவங்கவுள்ளது நம் நெடும் பயணம். நாளை மாலை 6 மணிக்கு மதுரை ஒத்தக்கடை மைதானத்தில் ஒரு மாபெரும் பொதுக்கூட்டத்தில் நமது கட்சிக் கொடியை ஏற்றவுள்ளேன். புதிய கட்சியின் பெயரையும் எமது கொள்கையின் சாராம்சத்தையும் விளக்கவுள்ளேன். வருக வருக புது யுகம் படைக்க #maiam", Kamal Haasan tweeted.
The tweet is roughly translated as, "Our long journey is all set to begin. I will launch our party's flag tomorrow evening at 6 PM, in Othakadai Grounds, Madurai in the presence of thousands of people. I will also be revealing the party's name and will explain about the party's motive in detail. Let us all create a new era."
