Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsOne of the popular reality shows that has managed to garner loads of attention from the audiences right from its first season is undoubtedly, Bigg Boss and now the first season of the OTT version of this show - Bigg Boss Ultimate is streaming in the popular platform - Disney+Hotstar.
The digital version was launched on 30 January 2022 with Kamal Haasan as the host, but he has now announced his exit from the show due to scheduling conflicts with his upcoming film Vikram.
This season had contestants of previous 5 seasons like Abhirami, Anitha, Balaji M, Balaji T, Juliana, Niroop, Snehan, Suruthi, Thamarai still inside the house while Abhinay, Shariq, Suja, Suresh got evicted and reportedly, Vanitha decided to walk out of the show voluntarily.
Coming back to the question - “Who is the new host?”, the makers have officially announced that STR will be hosting the remaining episodes. And they have released a brand-new promo as well featuring the actor as the host. Check it out here -
