Tamil Cinema is filled with surprises, and here comes another one! While most of the industry is in Malaysia for the star-studded gala event, we hear some exciting information about a massive combination that may possibly strike gold in Kollywood.
A little birdie hints us that after Thoongavanam, director Rajesh M Selva, a close aide to Kamal Haasan may be directing Chiyaan Vikram in his next under Raaj Kamal Films International banner. The exciting part of this is, Kamal Haasan might also act alongside Vikram in this film. Though nothing is official yet, our sources inform us that the talks are on.
Vikram's line up of films seems to be exciting as he already has a couple of films ready to release this year, while director PS Mithran of Irumbu Thirai fame is also in talks with him to begin a film very soon.
If the project involving Kamal Haasan and Vikram materializes, we can expect a treat in terms of performances!
The recent statement of Kamal Haasan about the RK Nagar elections has triggered the party men a lot.
The winning candidate TTV Dhinakaran also expressed his strong condemn to Kamal Haasan's statement. He said "If Kamal says that money was given for the elections, then he's definitely putting the public to shame. If he want's point out somebody, it will be the people only because they have voted sincerely. Also, people like Kamal think that there's a void after Amma's death and they're trying to take advantage of the situation. I want to tell everybody that we will continue to provide Amma's governance forever."
