After Theri, it is well known that Vijay will be starring in Atlee’s next, tentatively titled, Vijay61. The latest buzz from this project is the huge star cast it holds. Jyothika, Samantha, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Vadivelu, Kovai Sarala, are a few names that the team can show off.

Kajal and Vijay were previously seen together in AR Murugadoss’s blockbuster, Thuppakki and Neason’s Jilla. Vijay is known to have sizzling chemistry with Kajal and the level of chemistry has gone so high that a fan had questioned Kajal if they are the Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone of Tamil cinema.

Kajal politely answered that by saying, ‘’Haha as long as we are able to make movies that are always remembered’’. Vijay’s chemistry with most of his heroines is always loved by his fans. In fact It is not just Kajal who will be doing her 3rd film with Vijay but also Samantha and Jyothika. Samantha was a part of 2 successful films, Kaththi and Theri and the Vijay-Jyothika combination was seen in Kushi and Thirumalai.

Vijay 61 has high expectations and with AR Rahman touted to be the composer, this project has been taken up to a whole new level!
